ECS: Kids vs Cops Basketball – Friday

Dear Parents/Caregivers/Whānau,

This Friday from 12:55–1:30pm we will be hosting some Cops vs Kids Basketball games here at school.

Organised by the Papanui Youth Development Trust, a group of local Police officers will be onsite to play basketball against different student teams. It promises to be a lot of fun and a great opportunity for our students to interact with these important members of our community. It’s going to be fast, fun, and full of laughs — and you’re warmly invited to come along and cheer!

We also want to let you know that you may notice several Police cars at school during this time. Please be assured this is simply part of the event.

If the weather is unsuitable, or if the Police are unavailable at short notice, plans may need to change. We will let you know if that happens.
